Real Estate Agent

I am a licensed Realtor in RI  License # XXXXXXXX and work with “Lighthouse Real Estate Group”.  I am also a registered contractor with the state of RI.  My service area is primarily Southern Rhode Island.  I have a 2 year old son at home who I like to spend as much time with as I can so I usually don’t take more than 1-2 real estate clients on at a time.  For me, it means more of my nights and weekends are free to spend with my little guy.  For my clients it means they have my full attention. 

When it comes to buying or selling a house/property the market dictates the price, not the agent.  The most important things a good agent can do is to: 

  • Help you prepare and educate you on ways to get the most value from buying or selling a property

  • Listen to what your goals are and share their experiences and thoughts.

  • Help protect you from potential liability or future issues by recommending various inspections, contract contingencies, etc.. 

  • Most importantly, a good agent will be the conductor of the real estate symphony which includes the buyer/seller, other agents, mortgage lenders, inspectors, insurance, appraisers, attorneys etc.. and keep them all on task and on schedule.
