Handyman Services

I have years of experience with most common home repairs, small construction projects, and everything my wife adds to my To-Do list for our home.  From hanging curtains, building secret bookcase doors, outdoor shower surrounds, or landscaping I have a wide range of skills.  Most importantly I know what I can do, and things I can’t or would rather not attempt.  My goal with everyone I work with is to be fair, honest, reliable, responsive, and prompt with communications.

I have experience with building decks, sheds, and small additions.  I’ve overseen commercial and new residential construction planning, projects, and permitting.  I served on the South Kingstown Zoning Board.  I am a licensed Real Estate agent, real estate investor, and I think most people would consider me a pretty good guy.   

Service Area

My general service area is within 20-30 minutes of South Kingstown.  I operate almost 90% from referrals so I will sometimes travel that extra mile (Pun intended) for clients, or friends of clients referred to me.

Services I Don’t Do

Instead of listing everything I can do, here is a list the things I don’t do: 

  • Anything on Roofs or high up on ladders

  • Electrical, besides changing a light switch, outlet, or installing a light fixture 

  • Plumbing besides replacing faucets, fixing small leaks, etc..

  • Anything related to mold or environmental hazards

Most other things are fair game.  I’m also happy to give referrals to people who do things I don’t do.
